Abstract

Public Relation Department is one of the most important parts of a government agency. They manage all the stuff that is related to public interaction. Public Relation Department served as a bridge between citizens and local officials to establish a good relationship between them. Good governance of service delivery required to begin developing the dimensions of openness, accessible, accountable and transparent about the public information. Agencies both central and regional governments realize that to build a clean government they need criticism and opinions of other parties or public opinion.
