Abstract

Pemahaman hukum kontrak, baik di kalangan praktisi maupun masyarakat dinilai masih sangat minim sekali. hal ini sering kita temukan dalam pembuatan kontrak dengan asas kebebasan berkontrak, sering terjadi pihak yang membuat kontrak tidak selamanya mendapat perlakuan yang sama di depan hukum (equality before the law).
