Abstract
Disease is a problem in the fishery activities, one of which is caused by bacteria. At the era of free trade in this time, the spread of disease will be more higher due the activity of commerce traffic will become free barer, therefore needed effort to prevent spreading of disease. One of effort to prevent spreading of disease conducted by the Adisucipto, Yogyakarta First Class of Fish Quarantine Station through passing activity of monitoring and release free certificates of Pest and Disease of Fish (HPI) to fresh and sea water fishes which have got away process microbiological tests
