Abstract
Jamur Aspergillus niger, Rhizopus nigricans dan Fusarium semitectus dibiakkan dalam media Dulaney secara kultur permukaan. Pada hari ke empat setelah ditanam, ditambahkan substrat hidrokortison secara aseptis dan diinkubasi selama 8 minggu.
