Abstract

News now has been one of the most important thing in the world. People need information, that is why some media companies exist to provide news and information they will need . One of the most popular medium to provide news is newspaper. Newspaper gives actual, informative, and up to date information. It also gives people a lot of information and knowledge. Besides the local news, newspaper also provides all foreign news. One of the most successful media companies in Indonesia is Jawa Pos. It was established on 1949 by the Chung Shen. Now, Jawa Pos is the biggest media company in Indonesia. It has 15 branches which speard in East Java, Central Java - D.I Yogyakarta and Bali. Jawa Pos always tries to give its best service to public with its creativity. According to its slogan. " We always have something new". Jawa Pos is not afraid of reinventing some new things, such as: new section and new layout. Jawa Pos also belives in the power of youth people. It regularly refreshes its personnel, with most the chief editors who are under 40 years old.
