Abstract

This study wasaimed to investigate the factors affect the management system of a business feasibility cattery with a basic overview that includes systems management and business analysis. Data was obtained from direct observations and interviews by using questionnaires, technical documentation and interview techniques analyzed data. First performed business analysis calculated the value of revenues, profit and loss, BEP (break even point), B/C ratio and PP (payback period). From the results of this analysis could be separated business was feasible and worth less effort, and then with the data management system was analyzed questionnaire data used Multidimensional Scaling (MDS). The results showed that the factors that strongly support the feasibility were building cattery, room temperature, enclosure materials and the use of feeding protein feed for adult cats. Factors of management system must be revised due to lack of support were the marketing and veterinary nurses and cleanliness. Ideal manajemen system in Surabaya, Sidoarjo and Gresik attempt by reviewing all of the factors were found above. Key words: cattery,business analysis, multidimensional scaling (MDS)
