Abstract
In the system of Indonesian law, the maturity limit is different from one person to others. This results in uncertainty of the implementation of the law due to unsynchronized maturity limit. Defining the maturity limit is very important in relation with the current condition of economy activities, especially with those that need agreement that ties the related parties for the program execution.
