Abstract
Bearing process, registration and even execution of fiduciary are performed according to Law Number 42 Year 1999 about FiduciaryRights. The patent transfer in settling deny debtor's loan can be performed by selling the patent, through the auction or direct selling. Patent selling is done using notary sales agreement in line with Law Number 13 Year 1997 about Revision of Law Number 6 Year 1989 about The Patent.
