Abstract

Pembebanan benda dengan jaminan fidusia menurut UU jaminan fidusia harus dibuat dalam bentuk akta jaminan fidusia. Dengan adanya ketentuan kewajiban ini jaminan fidusia telah memenuhi asas publisitas sebagai salah satu asas yang sangat penting dalam hokum jaminan kebendaan selain asas spesialitas
