Abstract

Non spesific bacterial infections in dairy cattle reproduction tract causing reproductive disorders especially caused by bacteria such as endometritis and pyometra, it can cause symptoms of anestrus that can happened Corpus Luteum Persisten (CLP). The aim of this study is to isolate the genus of non spesific bacteria in dairy cattle reproduction tract which experienced Corpus luteum Persisten (CLP) in KUD Tani Wilis, Sendang Distric, Tulungagung Regency. Sample are taken from 10 mucus which are patched on plastic sheath with insemination gun, then samples are isolated in general media and selective media. After the colony grow in the media then it followed Gram staining method, spore test, catalase test, SIM test, TSIA test, and VP test. The result from the 10 samples, there are 9/10 (90%) bacteria in the form of Thinrods Gram negative, which is genus Escherichia, 5/10 (50%) bacteria in the form of coccus Gram positive, which is genus Staphylococcus, 1/10 (10%) bacteria in the form of coccus ovoid Gram positive, which is genus Streptococcus 1/10 (10%) and the last one is bacteria in the form of coccobacil , which is genus Pasteurella 1/10 (10%).
