Abstract

One of the drugs used in therapy Acute coronary syndromes (ACS) is a antiplatelet, anticoagulant, and fibrinolytic. antiplatelet, anticoagulant, and fibrinolytic have mechanism in the process of thrombus formation after atherosclerotic plaque rupture. The purpose of the study is to observe the use antiplatelet, anticoagulant, fibrinolytic given to patient with (ACS) and Drug Related Problems (DRPs) according to using of antiplatelet, anticoagulant, and fibrinolytic. The study was conducted descriptively by using patient’s medical record (cross-sectional prospective), who underwent from March to June 2012. The inclusion criteria is inpatients ACS who received antithrombotic therapy which obtain 55 patients. Of the patient studied, 67.3% took the initial dose of aspirin and clopidogrel 300 mg respectively. Only 1,8% who used a combination of aspirin 250mg and clopidogrel 300mg. For maintenance doses 55 patients used aspirin 100mg and clopidogrel 75mg. Most of the patient (80%) used fondaparinux 2,5mg as anticoagulant. Streptokinase as fibrinolytic 1.5 million IU used in 26,2% STEMI patients. Streptokinase administration used when onset of chest pain in patient < 12 hours 81,8%. Side effect that occurred in 55 patient who received antihrombotic is gastritis 7,3%, hematuria 1,8% and trombositopenia 3,6%.
