Abstract

This study aims at determining the optimum temperature and pH on fibrinolytic activity produced by Bacillus sphaericus BM 9.1 bacteria. In order to find out the optimum activity of fibrinolytic on Bacillus sphaericus BM 9.1, liquid method of crude enzyme is employed through incubation at the temperature of 30, 40, 50, 60, 70°C and at pH 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 for 24 hours. It is, then, analyzed using Two Way Anova. From the result, it is obtained that Bacillus sphaericus BM 9.1 is able to produce fibrinolytic enzyme with optimum activity at 40°C and at pH 6 – 7 with fibrinolytic index of 2,24 ± 0,18 dan 2,99 ± 0,03
