Abstract

This cooperation interritory happened between Sidoarjo regency and Surabaya City must be realize. It’s approaching to serve the society and the importance of property in society. The conflict that happened in management of Terminal Purabaya-Bungurasih are not necessary to be process anymore, because even though the existence of Terminal Purabaya could not give a lotof profits on profit sharing. But in a social economic, but also from the prosperity of society around them. The appearance of new industries covid accept a lot of unemployment. Then the operational of Terminal Purabaya-Bungurasih collect more costs. In this case, it will be have income from there. For instance: billboard tax, parking tax, toilet, etc Keyword: cooperations, profit sharing, conflicts and the prosperity of society
