Abstract
Dari hasil percobaan yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1. Bahan pembawa Avicel PH 102 mempunyai karakteristik r Sifat alir yang jelek, kompresibilitas jelek, waktu hancur cepat dan daya ikat yang kuat. Penambahan lubrikan (Magnesium stearat 1%) menyebabkan penurunan waktu hancur, sedangkan sifat kekerasan dan kerapuhannya relatif sebanding dengan tablet tanpa lubrikan.
