Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan dengan mediasi inovasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari annual report dan financial report perusahaan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan LQ-45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2017. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 45 perusahaan dengan data pengamatan sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisis jalur (path model). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan inovasi mampu memediasi hubungan antara Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan kinerja keuangan.
