Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi keadilan prosedural dengan e-government terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah pada kelurahan yang terdaftar di Kecamatan Mulyorejo Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang disebar ke 6 kelurahan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan uji Partial Least Square dengan bantuan Software WarpPLS 5.0 for windows. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa e-government berpengaruh langsung secara positif terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah dan keadilan prosedural terbukti memediasi pengaruh e-government terhadap kinerja aparatur pemerintah.
