Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari excess net working capital terhadap nilai perusahaan pada 31 perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia yang sebagian besar dimiliki oleh asing. Penelitian ini juga melihat efek moderasi kepemilikan asing pada excess net working capital terhadap nilai perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan dua model analisis, yaitu dengan moderasi dan tanpa moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa excess net working capital berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kepemilikan asing memperkuat pengaruh excess net working capital terhadap nilai perusahaan
