Abstract
This research aims to determine total cholesterol and triglycerides levels in broiler’s blood. This research used thirty head of two weeks ages broiler, then randomly divided into 5 treatments and 6 replications. Each treatments was given the ration with different doses of fermented cattle’s rumen content, there are P0 was 0%, P1 was 5%, P2 was 10%, P3 was 15%, and P4 was 20%. Treatment was given until thirty five days ages of broiler. The broilers had fasting for eight hours before broiler’s blood samples was taken. This research used completely randomized design for experimental design. The obtained data was analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), it will be continued by using Duncan Multiple Range Test if the analyzed results showed significant difference. The result showed that there were significant difference (p< 0,05) for total cholesterol and trigliserides bloods levels. It could be concluded that ration with 5% dose of fermented cattle’s rumen content resulted the decreases of total cholesterol bloods level. The ration with 5%-20% dose of fermented cattle’s rumen content resulted the increases of triglycerides bloods level.
