Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistika (BPS). Data yang tercakup dalam penelitian ini adalah data PDRB Provinsi Jawa Timur dan PDB Indonesia Atas Dasar Harga Konstan 2010 periode tahun 2014-2018 dan data laju pertumbuhan di Jawa Timur dan Indonesia periode tahun 2014-2018. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Location Quotient (LQ), Dynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), dan analisis overlay. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa yang menjadi sektor unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah sektor industri pengolahan, sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, dan reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor, dan sektor real estate
