Abstract
Determination of diclofenac sodium simultaneusly using the reversed phase High-Performance-Liquid-Chromatography (HPLC) have been performed. The mobile phase were a mixture of methanol and aquabidestilata (70 : 30). The condition of HPLC used were Reverse Phase (RP) μBondapak C18 colum, flow rate 1 mL/minute and detected by Diode Array Detector (λ = 282,2 nm). Linierity of diclofenac sodium were 0,9993, while correlation coeffecient of the function (Vxo) were 1,59%. Accuracy of the method were in range of accepted limits (98% - 102%), average recovery of diclofenac sodium in the simulation matrix were 98,84% ± 1,98%. Precision instrument for diclofenac sodium were 2,00%. The above method of validation result concluded that diclofenac sodium in the tablet matrix simulation can be analyzed quantitatively using a validated HPLC conditions selected.
