Abstract
This Tugas Akhir aims to create Information System of PT. Jasa Marga Cabang Surabaya - Gempol Highway Payment the processes in this system include making highway's staff scheduling shift process, whighway payment process, shift exchange highway's staff process, recording incident that happen in highway process, and making records. Making aplication Information System of PT. Jasa Marga Cabang Surabaya - Gempol Highway Payment begins analyze worked system and prosedure in PT. JasaMarga Cabang Surabaya – Gempol then designed the system with making hierarcy chart and data flow diagram (DFD) which has 3 external entities and 17 data stores. While database by making Conceptual Data Model (CDM) which has 17 entities, generated to Physical Data Model (PDM) then the final result will be 17 models with use powes design software, then generated to database My SQL aplication. the next process is designed input and output form with Microsoft Office Visio. the next process is implement the design with system flow chart and implement the design into program with PHP with this system expected to simplify highway payment process, that the working ofPT Jasa Marga is faster and save the time.
