Abstract

Each of contrasepcy method have decrease and increase. Injection contraseption giving often effects amenorea. This amenorrea disturb the health permantly. Beside that, it can be side effect, such as queasy, headaches, emesisi, spotting, mammae sickness and weight increasing. Neverthelless, this side effect is commond, it is not dangerous and it is so cured(SaiIfudin, 2004). From the previous study done by interviews in Puskesmas Pacar Keling in 12 September 2011. From 92 acceptors of injection fantily planning found, they are 56 get weght gain and 15 acceptors does not like wight gain because they are think that weight gain is not beautiful, interest. And 2 acceptors like with wight gain because they are very thin and want to make their body is weight. This research uses correlation analyses design destinated to analyze to the correlation of double vatiabel of injection KB acceptors understanding. The population used to this research is whole of injection KB acceptors come to Puskesmas Pacar Keling in 28 October 2011 - 28 November 2011 and side at inclusi criteria. The result study shows that 31 acceptors of most of a good knowledge positive acted are 13 peoples and they have a good enough knowledge is acted positive as many 3 peoples but they have decrease of knowledge get 4 positive acted and get 5 peoples have negative acted, from that case we can make some result that one of the reason they positeve acted, beside they have decrease knowledge is economic factors. This reason we get from almost all of acceptors get jamkesmas. Based on result of Chi - Square statistic examination, it is p=O, 326. The point is increase of 0,005 it means that HO is going to be accepted ans HI is refuse. From this time, it is able to concluse that is not the relation of a knowledge among to acceptorsacted for weight added effect from injection KB.
