Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of E-Commerce and financial reporting on the performance of SMEs in the city of Surabaya. The population of this research is MSMEs which are members of the E-UKM community in Surabaya. This study uses a quantitative approach and hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression with the help of data processing software SPSS 23. The purposive sampling method was used to obtain a sample of 209 MSMEs. By distributing online and offline questionnaires, 97 questionnaires were not returned and 21 questionnaires were not filled correctly and 91 questionnaires were filled in correctly and processed. The results of this study indicate that the use of E-Commerce and financial reporting has a significant positive relationship to the performance of MSMEs.
