Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel makroekonomi yang terdiri dari Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB), tingkat pengangguran, dan inflasi terhadap jumlah Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) di ASEAN Periode 2010-2018. Estimasi yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel berbasis Fixed Effect Model (FEM) dengan kombinasi antara data cross section dan time series untuk melihat pengaruh variabel makroekonomi terhadap jumlah UMKM di lima negara ASEAN periode 2010-2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PDB berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap jumlah UMKM di ASEAN, sementara inflasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap jumlah UMKM dan tingkat pengangguran berpengaruh positif terhadap jumlah UMKM, namun kedua variabel tersebut cenderung memberikan hasil yang tidak signifikan.
