Abstract
The nurse job performance influenced by many factors, one of them is prestation indeks. Prestation Indeks consit of general lecture, nursing basic lecture, and protesion lecture indeks.These are indicated their ability about nursing sience. This research aims to know relation between prestatiop indeks with nurse job performance. It has done in Deceniber 6th to 18th 2004. Design of this research is cross sectional study. The samples are nurses in Bojonegoro General Hospital, Sumberjo General Hospital , Bojonegoro Aisiyah Hospital, and Sumberjo Muhammadiyah Hospital, who graduated from Akper Rajekwesi Bojonegoro. These are 32 respondens, selected with stratified random sampling. The data collected by quisioner ald observation then analyzed wich SPSS Multiple Regretion with Significar level p < 0,05. The Results shows there is relation between comulative prestation indeks with nurse job performance especialiy nursing basic lecture and profesion lecture prestation indeks. So it will recomended to choose nurse with higher prestation indeks in nurse recruitment.
