Emotional exhaustion was correlated with relational meaning (p = 0,001) and emotion focused coping (p = 0,035) with 45, 3% of emotional exhaustion can be explained by the independent variables. Relational meaning (p = 0,002) was also correlated with depersonalization with 28, 2% of depersonalization can be explained by the independent variable. Personal accomplishment was correlated with personal stressor: the total of individual living together (p = 0,016), studying time/day (p = 0,036) and environmental stressor: workload (p = 0,039) with 30% of personal accomplishment can be explained by the independent variables.
