Abstract
XL Asuransi ialah program peduli pelanggan dari XL yang bekerjasama dengan PT. Equity Life memberikan perlindungan asuransi jiwa apabila terjadi peristiwa tidak pasti dengan pelanggan dan pelanggan dapat menerima perlindungan asuransi jiwa secara gratis hanya dengan menggunakan pulsa prabayar XL dengan minimal penggunaan pulsa prabayar tertentu. Disamping itu pengkajian XL Asuransi yang tanpa adanya perjanjian tertulis juga dikaji melalui Undang – Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik.
