Abstract

A language is a system of sign (e.g., speech sounds, hand gestures, letters) used to comunicate messages. As a means of comunication, language, then, stands as very important to convey ideas, or to express a feeling to whom we are talking. As a matter of fact, English lanquaqe is the most widely used. Thal is why our government prepares Indonesian people to comprehend English in order to face the so-called global era that all nations will compete. The educational institutes become a target of that preparation. A problem may arise that students learn not only language but also other courses.
