Abstract
1. Pasien terdiagnosa AIDS + anemia + hipokalemia 2. Status gizi pasien adalah gizi kurang berdasarkan pengukuran LiLA (%LiLA= 74,6%) 3. Anamnesa energi dan zat gizi sebelum masuk RS: 1) Energi= 749 kkal 2) Protein= 12,6 gram 3) Lemak= 56,1 gram 4) Karbohidrat= 49,7 gram 4. Kebutuhan gizi pasien per hari, antara lain: 1) Energi= 2503,7 kkal 2) Protein= 93,8 gram 3) Lemak= 69,5 gram 4) Karbohidrat= 375,5 gram 5. Diet yang diberikan adalah diet TKTP dengan makanan cair enteral.
