Abstract
Clients with chronic renal disease who choose hemodialysis therapy have two observable attitudes, compliant and incompliant in undergoing hemodialysis. Between June and November 2006 from 80 patients having hemodialysis in Surabaya International Hospital, 36 were incolPpliant and 44 were compliant. The high value of incompliance had driven the author to identitY the predominant factors that afl'eqt compliance in hemodialysis among clients with chronic renal disease.
