Sampling was done by cluster sampling area, with a total sample of 12 respondents. Data collection procedures to measure by observation area home ventilation, humidity home, home lighting and home occupant density. From the analysis with Chi-square test with confidence level a 0.05 obtained results on the relationship: ventilation (X2 X2 table count:::: 13.59 3.84 or p <0.05), lighting (X2 X2 count:::: 10.67 Table 3 , 84 P <0.05), humidity (X2 X2 table count:::: 16.67 3.84 P <0.05), and residential density (X2 X2 table count:::: 13.59 3.84 P <0.05) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. Based on the above data analysis it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the physical environment with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis.
