Abstract

Communication between hospital staff and patient is one 0 f general complaint of patient. in hospital. Patient does not always satisfy about quality and quantity of communication. At RSUD Prof. Dr. W. Z. Johannes Kupang NTT,nurse's verbal and non verbal attitude does not always therapeutic when they interaction with patient on implementation nursing care. The research design is descriptive with cross sectional analytically. Sample size is 44 respondent who hospitalized. Sampling used stratified random sampling and data collection used questionnaire. Data were analyzed which di.stribution fr.equencie~, cross tabulation and statistic test used logistic regression p = 0.05.
