Abstract

Background: One of the most common types of microbial keratitis is bacterial keratitis. The most common cause is Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which is more severe and causes local tissue damage. Fibrosis can form and cause vision loss, and perforation and spread to surrounding tissues in severe cases.
