Abstract

Menekankan pada peran karakteristik individu dalam kesiapan menghadapi perubahan, penelitian ini mengukur pengaruh workplace spirituality terhadap workforce agility melalui psychological empowerment dan affective commitment sebagai mediator. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 180 karyawan yang menghadapi revolusi IoT dalam perusahaan. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Alat pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner menggunakan skala workplace spirituality (? = 0,919); psychological empowerment (? = 0,934); affective commitment (? = 0,829); workforce agility (? = 0,962). Analisis data menggunakan partial least square dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap workforce agility. Workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap psychological empowerment, serta workplace spirituality dan psychological empowerment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap workforce agility. Selanjutnya workplace spirituality dan affective commitment memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap workforce agility. Hanya saja dalam peran mediasi, psychological empowerment dan affective commitment memediasi secara parsial hubungan antara workplace spirituality dengan workforce agility.
