PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA GURU DI SMP NEGERI 3 JEMBER.

Abstract
Purpose of this study is to test leaderhsip beha\'ioral influence from theory
of Yuki ( 1.006:66) that consist of behavior of leadership of work, relations and
change orientation to teacher work motivation.
Research design used is descriptive analysis with field survey. Forty one
questioners is used to be research instrument that used to get data from forty one
teachers to assessment leadership behavior of principalship, on the contrary to
assess teacher work motivation is done by Human Development Division. To
prove hypothesis used statist ical anal ysis Multij:le Linear Regression to test
stimulant and partial correlation between variables independent and dependent.
Result of this study showed that value of teacher motivation is very high
category (>4,2) that is 4,329; beside leadership behavior is high category (3,952).
Change oriented is dominant behavior of leadership to influence teacher work
motivation. Task oriented is not significant, one of reason because generally
teachers have long work experience to be teacher so not really need leadership
interference.
Conclusions the study showed that F test value is equal to 9,532 (p<0,05)
that mean all of behavior of leadership include task. change and relations oriented
together have an significant influence to teacher work motivation. Result of
parsial i'1fluence task-oriented ( X I) showed by t test equal to 0,572 with
significant 0,571 (p<0,05) its meaning do not have panial significant infhiertce to
teacher work motivation. T test value of partial relations-oriented (X2) 0,023
(p<0.05) that means have partial significant influence to teacher work motivation.
T test value of partial change-oriented (X3) 0,013 (p<0.05) that means have partial
significant influence to teacher work motivation
