Abstract

Kesehatan Kerja secara umum lebih di pahami sebagai upaya untuk mengendalikan dan memelihara kesehatan para pegawai atu staf yang bekerja di dalamnya. Fokus utama pemeliharaan kesehatan fisik dan kesehatan psikologis para pegawai. Kesehatan fisik dapat di lihat secara kasat mata dan kesehatan psikologis yang dapat dilihat dari tingkah laku ataupun pemikiran dari masingmasing. Dalam UUD menyatakan bahwa mewujudkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal di selenggarakan melalui pendekatan pemeliharaan dan peningkatan, pencegahan penyakit, penyembuhan penyakit dan pemulihan kesehatan. Selain itu UUD juga menyatakan bahwa kesehatan kerja di selenggarakan untuk mewujudkan produktifitas kerja yang optimal, yang meliputi pelayanan kesehatan, pencegahan penyakit kerja dan syarat kesehatan kerja. Penelitian ini di kaji berdasarkan pendapat dan teori dari beberapa ahli mengenai kesehatan kerja dan tingkat pengetahuan. Aspek yang di ukur pada Badan Kearsipan dalam standart kesehatan kerja yaitu faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesehatan kerja antara lain: beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan kapasitas kerja. Teori tingkat pengetahuan di gunakan untuk mengukur kesehatan kerja dengan penggunakan tahapan-tahapan dalam tingkat pengetahuan antara lain: tahu, memahami, analisis, aplikasi, sintesis dan evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan pegawai tentang kesehatan kerja sebagian besar menunjukkan hasil sedang, dengan berada pada tingkat diantara 78% dimana hasil masuk pada rata-rata (60-80%) dalam teori pengukuran tingkat pengetahuan Translation: Occupational Health in general is more understood as an attempt to control and maintain the health of the employees or in the staff who work in them. In addition the Constitution also states that occupational health held to achieve optimum productivity, which includes health care, prevention of occupational diseases and occupational health requirements. This study in the review based on the opinions and theories of some experts on occupational health and level of knowledge. Aspects measured in Archival Agency in occupational health standards are factors that affect health such as: workload, work environment and work capacity. Theory of knowledge level is used to measure the use of occupational health with the stages in the level of knowledge among others: know, understand, analysis, application, synthesis and evaluation. Results from this study showed that the level of knowledge about the health of employees working mostly shows the results being, by being at a level between 78% which results in on average (60-80%) in the theory of knowledge level measurement.
