Abstract
Penilaian risiko merupakan upaya untuk menghitung besar suatu risiko dan menentukan apakah risiko tersebut dapat diterima atau tidak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan penilaian risiko pada unit ring frame departemen spinning 1 PT. Lotus Indah Textille Industries Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dan merupakan penelitian cross sectional berdasarkan waktu penelitiannya. Objek penelitian ini berfokus pada unit ring frame departemen spinning 1 PT. Lotus Indah Textille Industries Surabaya. Data primer didapatkan melalui hasil observasi dan wawancara yang kemudian disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan dianalisis secara deskriptif.
