Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan pemenang Indonesia Sustainability Reporting Award (ISRA) selama tahun 2011 sampai tahun 2014. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 51 perusahaan yang telah lolos kriteria sampel yang telah ditentukan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari laporan keuangan dan laporan tahunan perusahaan sampel yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) www.idx.co.id ataupun website resmi masing-masing perusahaan jika ada keterangan khusus dari laporan tahunan yang dipublikasikan di website resmi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Data penelitian ini diuji menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Corporate Social Responsibility tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Ukuran perusahaan tidak memoderasi pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility terhadap nilai perusahaan.
