Abstract

The aimed of this research make recommendations for improvement of compliance recertification Household Food Industry pursuant to Rule POM HK.03.1.23.04.12.2205 No. 2012 on Guidelines for Food Production Certificate of Domestic Industry in Surabaya. The method of cross sectional study carried out for independent and dependent variables examined in a certain period of time. The study was conducted in the city of Surabaya. Data were collected in September- October 2015. This was done because the data used data sourced from the Household Food Industries in Surabaya population in this study is the Household Food Industries (IRTP) in Surabaya that has not already recertification and appropriate recertification regulatory Head of National Agency of Drug and Food Control as many as 496 IRTP. Variables studied appropriate modification theory Niven and Ley models namely confidence, personality, attitude, family support, friend support, understanding instructions socialitation, Memory socialitation, satisfaction socialitation as well as quality of socialitation. The dependent variable is compliance recertification Household Food Industry. Memory research results the owner or person in charge who has a significant influence on the dependent variable (compliance recertify IRTP). Statistical test: significant Ρ = 0.028 <α 0,05. The information that the memory of socialization material is likely to affect the compliance recertify. Recommendations improved adherence Household Food Industry to recertify under Regulation POM HK.03.1.23.04.12.2205 No. 2012 on Guidelines for Food Production Certificate of Domestic Industry are as 1. Increasing the memory of the owner or person in charge IRTP about recertify obligations. Can be done by improving the dissemination recertify. Health Department plays an active role in improving memory recertification by working with electronic media eg radio and TV. The health office can boost memory owner or person. Call IRTP a way that has not been carrying out recertification, provide notification to the IRTP that have not been recertify. This can be done by creating a text reminder to the owner or person in charge who has not re-certify.
