Abstract
ISI : Produk high-technology sangat tergantung pada ilmu pengetahuan dan inovasi teknologi yang mengarah ke pembaharuan atau peningkatan produk dan layanan. Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) mempunyai efek spillover berupa transfer teknologi asing, kemampuan manajerial, dan perbaikan daya saing secara internasional bagi perusahaan domestik. Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak dari inovasi dan FDI terhadap ekspor produk high-technology negara Asia-10. Penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka model gravitasi dan data panel dari negara Asia-10 terhadap 29 negara mitra dagangnya dengan periode tahun 2006 hingga 2013. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan inovasi negara eksportir, FDI negara eksportir dan importir, serta interaksi antara FDI dengan inovasi negara eksportir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, dan interaksi antara FDI dengan inovasi negara importir memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ekspor produk high-technology negara Asia- 10. Dalam penelitian ini juga ditemukan bahwa inovasi negara importir tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap ekspor produk high-technology negara Asia- 10 tahun 2006 hingga 2013.
