Abstract
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian confirmatory yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived online attachment motivation (POAM), perceived online relationship commitment (PORC) dan altruisme terhadap online knowledge sharing behavior (OKSB) atau perilaku berbagi pengetahuan secara online melalui media sosial pada mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 180 mahasiswa Universitas Airlangga Surabaya dengan rentang usia 18 – 22 tahun. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan metode structural equation model (SEM) dengan dua tahap, yaitu measurement model atau confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) untuk menguji validitas suatu kontruk yang telah dibangun dan structural model, untuk melihat hubungan kausalitas dari berbagai konstruk dengan memperhatikan pengaruh antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PORC dan altruisme memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OKSB. Dan total varians yang dapat dijelaskan oleh model sebesar 99.0 %. Hanya POAM saja yang tidak memberikan pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap OKSB. Kemudian hasil pengujian hipotesis lainya, POAM terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap PORC dengan total varians 77,1 %.
