Abstract

This thesis studies the influence of the level of the jab expectancy and the organization situation toward quality-control operation employee performance of PT.Trimitra Baterai Prakasa. Independent variables observed were the level of jab expectancy and the organization situation, the dependent variable was the work performance. Research was whole quality-control operational employees which the total of its were 47 personnel. Samples taken were 42 people. This data was processed and analyzed using double-linear regression analysis. Based on the result of analysis this value of p = 0.000, it means that both variables were free, those the level of job expectancy and the organization situation altogether significantly influencing the work performance. Thus, problem I could be answered, and the truth of hypotheses 1, was proven. Correlation value of the level of jab expectancy and the organization situation collectively toward work performance was 0.852. Relative contribution of those variables collectively was 72.6%. The level of job expectancy and organization situation altogether was influencing the work performance with the value 72.6%. Partially the level of job expectancy was influencing the work performance. That was proven with the value of p = 0.019. Partial correlation value of the level of jab expectancy toward work performance was 0.362. Positive and significant value shows that there is positive correlation between the level of job expectancy and the work performance. It means the higher the level of jab expectancy also the higher the work performance. Partially the organization conditions influenced significantly toward work performance, the same with the level of job expectancy. Its p value was 0.000 and the partial correlation was 0.611. Effective contribution of it was 49.841%. It means that problem 2 could be answered and the truth of hypotheses 2 was proven. The organization situation variable had dominant influence toward work perfoermance. Regression formula for work performance was Y = -11.347 + 0.5105 XI + 0.337 X2.
