Abstract
This research to be description about health service with principally Costumer oriented in RSUD Jombang and influenced factors its execution. Theory used by Public Policy about Costumer Oriented and Theory of Hospital Service. Methode used by Descriptive Qualitative, with the result of conclusion of haelth service with principally Costumer oriented in RSUD Jombang not yet excution well, so that in suggestion still need the existence of better repair in its execution.
