Abstract
The importance of a human resource company management in a company, is to optimize the performance of existing employees in a company, so that the good performance will achieve the goals that expected by the company and will affect the success and the success of the company itself. Human resource management can not be separated either from one of the important factors that organizational culture, because basically cultural society together and achievement motivation of employees. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Marinal Indoprima. Respondents in this study were all permanent employees of PT. Marinal Indoprima which amounted to 51 respondents. Data analysis technique used is anlisis quantitatively using path analysis. Based on the results of the quantitative analysis showed that: 1) there is a partial positive and significant impact of organizational culture on the performance of employees of PT. Marinal Indoprima. 2) partially there is positive and not singnifikan achievement motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Marinal Indoprima. 3) in a simlutan manner there is positive organizational culture and achievement motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Marinal Indoprima means higher achievement motivation and organizational culture will lead to the higher employee performance significantly. The suggestions that can be donated from this research at PT. Marinal Indoprima is, that PT. Marinal Indoprima should create an organizational culture that is oriented towards improvement of work performance formally and conducive for employees and the company. With a culture that is more oriented towards the achievement of the work will affect employees who have low achievement motivation and will have an impact on the level of employee performance.
