Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah adalah sebuah usaha ekonomi produktif yang menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian mengenai kemitraan dalam pengembangan UMKM yang dilaksanakan oleh salah satu perusahaan BUMN yaitu PT PJB Unit Gresik bekerja sama dengan stakeholder lain yaitu BP4K dan masyarakat setempat. Hal ini merujuk pada pembahasan mengenai bagaimana bentuk kemitraan program CSR ini dan apa sajakah faktor pendukung dan penghambat selama pelaksanaan program. Lokasi yang diambil untuk melakukan penelitian adalah di Kantor PT PJB Unit Gresik, Gresik. Kemitraan yang dilakukan oleh PT PJB Unit Gresik ini melalui program berbasis Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang telah diatur oleh peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku sehingga merupakan kewajiban suatu perusahaan BUMN untuk melakukan program CSR tersebut dengan tujuan mengurangi kemiskinan, mengurangi pengangguran, serta UMKM daerah sekitar perusahaan menjadi mandiri dan professional. Penelitiian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Pemilihan informan penelitian dengan cara purposive. Sementara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber data yaitu dengan mereduksi data,, penyajian dan terakhir kesimpulan. Di samping itu, penelitian ini juga menguji keabsahan data yang diperoleh dengan membandingkan informasi dengan data sekunder serta membandingkan informasi dengan data yang relevan. Dari hasil analisa diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pelaksanaan kemitraan program CSR oleh PT PJB Unit Gresik dalam pengembangan UMKM di Kabupaten Gresik belum berjalan dengan baik. This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive type. Selection of research informant by purposive. While the data collection was done by interview and documentation study. Data analysis was done using data sources triangulation technique is to reduce the data presentation and final conclusions. In addition, this study also tested the validity of the data obtained by comparing the information with secondary data and compares the information with the relevant data. From the analysis, we concluded that the implementation of CSR program partnerships by PT PJB Gresik Unit on the development of SMEs at Gresik has not gone well.
