Abstract
Due to the epoch development, people have easier and taster l\CCe$ to travel to other places using airplanes. AvUItion industry is one oftodaYIi promising job fields. A lot of people travel by airplanes. In Indooesia itself. there are several airlines companies which serve commert.ial flight. The aviation indusUy's progresses are related to tourism development, bel:ause most of aviation industry's profit is earned from intematl.OtlIIl nights. lllfferent witb the looal tllgbtll, the ticket of international tlights and the over ronte fIigbts mustbe paidby USS.
The writer is very interested in aviation indusUy. Therefore, the writer det.ided to do On the 10b Training in PT (Persero) Angkasa Pum r 1uanda Surabaya. During a 2-month-On the Job Tmlnin8. the writer got a lot oflmowledge and experiences. The writer learned a lot of new things: how to handle costumer especially /IIlgIy costumer, standard night annoUl'lCel1lenl, and bow to read telex. Those were all interesting things to be leamed
Beside of learning some interesting things, the writer also gets some interesting experiences: handling foreisn costumers, doing the first. public announcement, and so on.
The writer becomes more interested in this industly after finishing On the Job Training. 'The writer gets some valuable information about career opportunlly In this industry and decides to take an aviation course after graduating from D3 English of Airlangga Universily
