Abstract
The general objective of this research is to start the preventive action against the absent of drugs at Rumah Sakit Gatoel. Through problem identification, relevancy of problems and statement of the problems, this research is based on the comparation analysis of three versions of drug list. These versions are the Pharmacy and Therapy Committee selected drug version, the Formulary manual version and the Pharmacy Department version.
