Abstract
East Java is one of the provinces in Indonesia with potential destinations. Almost every regency or city area has attractive tourist destinations. To manage all of them, the government needs the organization or institution called Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Provinsi Jawa Timur (East Java Government Culture and Tourism Service) which is responsible for managing tourist attracts well and this institution is one of the organizations which manages all culture and tourism related to the city.
