Abstract

The aim of this research is to evaluate the compliance of social aid expense channeling at the Government of East Java Province pursuant to 13th Minister of Home Affairs Decree on 2006. The object of this research were five SKPD, three Social Aid Organizer Bureau, intermediary institution (if any), and nine aid receiver.
