Abstract
This research attempts to reveal the effect of training factors-namely (I) management commitment in training needs assessment, implementation, and evaluation, (2) trainer ability, (3) training method, (4) training facility, and (5) organizational culture-on employee perfonnance in PT Semen Kupang. Nusa Tenggara Timur. The research involved 150 respondents selected by random sampling technique from population of 184 employees. Data were collected using several technique--questionnaire, interview and observation. Questionnaire is applied first to 30 employees in order to assess its validity and reliability. Two items in questionnaire 0[70 items were removed by the assessment
